Track My Order – Zavex
You’ve placed an order on Zavex and want to track your shipment? Here's how:
1. Online Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

Check your email inbox for the shipping confirmation from Zavex.

Click the tracking link in the email to view your delivery status.

If you can't find the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.
2. Tracking via Your Zavex Account
If you created an account at checkout:

Log in to your Zavex account.

Go to the "My Orders" section.

Click on the relevant order to see its status and access the tracking link.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location:

France: 5 to 10 business days

Europe: 7 to 14 business days

International: 10 to 21 business days
These times may be extended due to high demand or exceptional circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather).
4. Delivery Issues?
