Track My Order – Zavex

You’ve placed an order on Zavex and want to track your shipment? Here's how:

1. Online Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website.

  • Check your email inbox for the shipping confirmation from Zavex.

  • Click the tracking link in the email to view your delivery status.

  • If you can't find the email, please check your Spam or Junk folder.

2. Tracking via Your Zavex Account
If you created an account at checkout:

  • Log in to your Zavex account.

  • Go to the "My Orders" section.

  • Click on the relevant order to see its status and access the tracking link.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location:

  • France: 5 to 10 business days

  • Europe: 7 to 14 business days

  • International: 10 to 21 business days
    These times may be extended due to high demand or exceptional circumstances (e.g., strikes, weather).

4. Delivery Issues?
If your order is delayed or you haven’t received a tracking number within 3 business days:

  • Please include your order number for faster support.
