Terms and Conditions of Sale - Zavex

1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between Zavex and any customer placing an order on our website. By ordering, the customer fully accepts these terms.

2. Purpose
These terms define the rights and responsibilities of both Zavex and the customer when purchasing products online.

3. Products
All products are clearly described. Images are for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the actual item.

4. Orders
Customers select their items, proceed to checkout, provide their information, accept the terms and pay. An order confirmation is sent by email. Zavex reserves the right to cancel any order in case of prior dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Prices and Payment
Prices are listed in euros (EUR), all taxes included. Payments are secure and can be made via credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

6. Delivery
Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours. Delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on the destination. Zavex is not responsible for delays beyond its control.

7. Returns
Customers have 14 days to return unused and unworn items in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

8. Warranty and Liability
Zavex guarantees the conformity of its products. Improper use voids any responsibility on Zavex's part.

9. Personal Data
Customer information is used solely to process orders and is handled with strict confidentiality.

10. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, images, design) is the exclusive property of Zavex.

11. Disputes
In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought. Failing that, competent courts will be involved.
