Refund Policy – Zavex

At Zavex, we aim to provide you with a smooth and risk-free shopping experience. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, here’s our return and refund policy.


1. Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


2. Return Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and unopened (sealed packaging intact).
  • It must be returned in its original condition, with all accessories and in its original packaging.
  • Sale or limited edition items are non-refundable, unless proven defective.

3. Return Procedure

  • Contact our customer service at contact@zavex.org with your order number and reason for return.
  • Wait for our confirmation and the return address.
  • Send the item back using a tracked shipping method.
  • Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Return Shipping Fees

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Zavex is not responsible for returned parcels lost in transit. We highly recommend using tracked delivery.


5. Refunds

Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued via the original payment method.
Processing time may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.


6. Defective Products or Order Errors

If you receive a defective item or an incorrect order, contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or a full refund.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.
Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled and must go through the standard return process.
